Sauce Day 2023
On Sunday 19 March, Susie, Bron & Tahlia, 'The Sauce Sisters' , arrived in the dark to set up our second Sauce Day. What a great day! Thirty fantastic people joined us to transform 216kgs of tomatoes into 206 bottles of sensational sauce. Once again, Mr Magnifico guided us through the process. We're thankful to Lorene & Geoff for the loan of their equipment, to Peter (@instagreener) for showing us some of his amazing tomatoes, and to Arni, for cooking up a delicious rustic lunch.
