We are so thankful the 2026 Sauce Day particpants all came with such generosity of spirit and a willingness to muck in - we hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.
From 360kgs of Marcello's fantastic quality Roma tomatoes, we ended up with 324 bottles of steaming hot passata; an excellent job by everyone involved!
And there’s no doubt many lovely people help make it happen. Big thanks to John, Allan, Sean & Bella for the set up & pack down assistance. And an especially HUGE thank you to our main Sauce Day team; Paul Magnifico, Lorene & Geoff Quick, and Arni Sleeman - you are the heart & soul of this very special day and we have been very fortunate to have you involved over the past 5 years.
WSCG’s fifth (and last!) Sauce Day was definitley one of the best!
