This will be WSCG's third Sauce Day - celebrating the tomato & making even more glorious passata.

On the day:

• You will have a hands on role in making the passata & leave with two bellissimo bottles of sauce.
• Recipes & sauce making tips from our sauce maker extraordinaire, Mr Paul Magnifico!
• Morning tea, coffee & biscotti.
• Lunch, a rustic vegetarian feast.
• A reading by WSCG's own poet laureate, Mr Peter Barber.
